Dr. James Harrington, Chief Executive Officer for the Harrington Institute, The Harrington Institute is an international consulting system consisting of three divisions – Management Solutions, Technical Solutions, and the Harrington Academy.

H. James Harrington is recognized as one of the world leaders in applying performance improvement methodologies to business processes. He has written regular columns for the Quality Digest Magazine and is on the Editorial Review Board for five magazines.

Dr. Charles Aubrey, Chairman of APQO, Representative to the World Alliance for Quality, Academician in the International Academy for Quality, Former President and Chairman of ASQ is currently Vice President Performance Excellence and is a Master Black Belt at Anderson Pharmaceutical Packaging, a subsidiary of Fortune 500 Amerisource Bergen Corporation. Recipient of Harrington-Ishikawa Medal (2006) and Shanghai Magnolia Quality Contribution Award (2007), Dr. Aubrey was a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige National Quality Program for four years. On top of over 100 articles and papers, Dr. Aubrey has written two books and chapters in six other books, most notably in Dr. Juran’s Quality Management Handbook. His books have been published in Spanish, Italian and Arabic.

Prof. Gregory H. Watson, President of the International Academy for Quality, Fellow and Past-President of the ASQ, is Chairman and Managing Partner of Business Excellence Solutions a Finland-based company that focuses on developing and promoting advanced management methods and is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of IEM at Oklahoma State University, USA. Recipient of the Royal Swedish Order of the Amaranth, the Medal of Merit from PGQP, Brazil, ASQ’s E. Jack Lancaster Medal and President’s Award from the AQP, has twice served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. In 2000 he was named in a survey of quality professionals as one of the world’s top “21 voices of quality in the 21st century” by Quality Progress Magazine. Prof. Watson has authored or collaborated on ten quality-related books and his books have been translated into eleven languages.

Dr. Miflora Minoza-Gatchalian, member of International Academy for Quality, Philippine Councilor and Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Past President of both the Federation of Institutes of Food Science and Technology in ASEAN and the Philippine Society for Quality, Founding President of the Philippine Association of Food Technologists, Secretary General, Emeritus of APQO, is an international consultant on quality of numerous international and multi-lateral agencies. Recipient of Most Distinguished Professional Award from University of Philippines, APQO’s Harrington-Ishikawa World Quality Professional Medal, the ASQ’s “E. Jack Lancaster Award”, and Magnolia Award for Global Excellence Dr. Minoza-Gatchalian has been honoured with a medal in her name (M.M.G. Gold Medal) to be awarded to a globally recognized Woman Quality Professional. She has also co-authored a book on Sensory Quality Measurement.
